Enregistrement et dépôts de garantie
L'enregistrement à la vente est gratuit. Avant d'enchérir, vous devrez peut-être effectuer un dépôt remboursable. Merci de veiller à présenter une pièce d'identité avec photo lorsque vous vous inscrivez au comptoir du site de ventes (par ex. un passeport ou permis de conduire).
Chacune des ventes est une vente sans prix de réserve
Tout est vendu au plus offrant le jour de la vente, sans prix minimum ni prix de réserve. Les propriétaires ne sont pas autorisés à enchérir sur leurs machines. Les enchères sont irrévocables et toutes les ventes sont définitives. Si vous êtes le plus offrant lorsque le commissaire-priseur annonce qu'un article a été vendu, vous êtes le nouveau propriétaire de cet article.
Tout est vendu « en l'état »
Nous vous recommandons de vous déplacer sur le site de vente aux enchères avant la date de la vente pour inspecter tout article que vous envisageriez d'acheter. Vous pouvez également envoyer quelqu'un sur le site pour effectuer une inspection à votre place. L'acheteur s'engage à payer le lot remporté plus la TVA applicable.

Paiement et enlèvement
Les achats doivent être payés dans leur intégralité dans les sept jours qui suivent la vente.Les paiements en liquide ne sont pas acceptés. Veuillez payer à partir du compte avec lequel vous avez effectué votre achat.Les acheteurs ne peuvent pas enlever les matériels du site de la vente aux enchères tant que la facture n'a pas été réglée dans sa totalité.Si Ritchie Bros. ne peut remettre un titre de propriété en bonne et due forme pour l'achat, l'acheteur pourra être entièrement remboursé du prix d'achat.

Notice to Foreign Buyers
All purchases that will be exported shall be assessed a surcharge for customs expenses that will cover the cost of processing export documentation for Mexican customs clearance (i.e. customs broker's fees and customs duties). The surcharge amount directly depends on the value of the equipment.
Foreign buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation from the auction site to the final destination, including trans-border transportation and customs requirements for importing into a foreign country.
15% I.V.A. tax will apply to all lots, except agricultural equipment. This tax will be refunded to foreign buyers when Ritchie Bros. receives proof of export (an original exportation document).
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker. A customs broker and international truckers will be available on-site at the auction to assist you.
Notice to Buyers in Mexico
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico complies with all existing legislation and standards so that our customers can confidently do business with us.
Due to local regulations which were put in place in September 2013 in relation to the "Marketing or routine distribution of vehicles, new or used, whether air, sea or land" – where the value of the transactions are greater than the $207.879 MXN, or that in a period of 6 months exceeds the accumulated amount of $415.759 MXN, we have to identify the customer and provide the authorities with information corresponding to that transaction.
For the purposes of identification of the customer or buyer of the vehicle, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must:
The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
Verify the identity of the client or buyer based on credentials or official documentation, as well as obtaining a copy of the documentation that can be compared to the originals.
Request information about the existence of the "owner beneficiary". In that case, exhibit official documentation that identifies final owner (beneficiary); otherwise, declare that no documentation is available.The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
In the cases in which it is established there is a business relationship, request information about their activity or occupation.
Confidentiality
All information provided to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must comply with each and every one of the obligations of confidentiality applicable in accordance with the current legislation of the United Mexican States and under the terms of contracts, agreements and conventions in this area that have been held with the client, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates and related parties.
Notice of Privacy
With regards to the processing of personal data under the terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the possession of Individuals, Ritchie Bros. Mexico Auctioneers S of RL of CV, Carretera Polotitlán La Estación No. 6 Col. Centro, C.P. 54200, México will use your personal data collected for the purpose of updating and, in this case, to confirm your information.
